Premier WinDor repairs windows and doors across Atlantic Canada. When you ask us for an estimate, you give us some information about you and your home. This page explains what we do with it, in plain language.

## Who we are

Premier Win Dor Services Inc.
10 Chandler Road, Amherst, Nova Scotia
[1 (866) 371-3667](tel:+18663713667)
[support@pwdsi.net](mailto:support@pwdsi.net)

## What we collect

When you fill in our form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the address of the property needing work, and whatever you tell us in the message box. We also record which page you were on when you got in touch and whether your enquiry was about windows or doors, so the right person picks it up.

When you use the site, we collect standard analytics: pages viewed, roughly where in the country you are, and which links you tapped. This is measured in aggregate. We are looking at how the website performs, not at you.

## Remembering where you came from

If you reached us from an ad or a link that carries a campaign tag, the site keeps that tag in your browser for the rest of your visit, so we know which ad or link led to your request. It is stored only for that visit and removed when you close the tab. It is sent to us only if you submit the form.

## Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, quote the work, schedule a technician, and do the job. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your information, and we do not rent, trade or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

## Who else sees it

We use a small number of service providers to run the business:

- A customer relationship system that holds your enquiry so nothing gets lost
- Website hosting
- Website analytics

If our website can’t pass your enquiry to our customer system, a copy is kept for up to 30 days in our website host’s logs so we can follow up with you by hand. Only our team can access it.

These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else. Some of them store data on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, which means that information may be accessible to authorities there under their laws. If you would rather not have your details handled that way, call us on [1 (866) 371-3667](tel:+18663713667) and we will take your enquiry by phone.

## Text messages (SMS)

If you give us permission, we may text you about your enquiry — to confirm we have it, arrange a visit, or let you know a technician is on the way.

You opt in by ticking the consent box on our form. The box is never ticked for you, and you can submit the form without ticking it. Consent to texts is not a condition of getting an estimate or having work done.

Message frequency varies depending on your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply **STOP** at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply **HELP** for help, or call us on [1 (866) 371-3667](tel:+18663713667).

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

## Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages people read, and whether they found what they came for. It sets cookies in your browser. You can block or delete these in your browser settings; the site works fine without them.

## How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we have a working relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us about the same job. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

## Your information is yours

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email [support@pwdsi.net](mailto:support@pwdsi.net) or call [1 (866) 371-3667](tel:+18663713667) and we will deal with it.

If you have a concern about how we have handled your information and we have not resolved it, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

## Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
